| 摘 要： | 用ANSYS有限元程序对波纹换热管强度进行非线性分析,列举3种载荷工况,从中得出波纹管一个周期内轴向应力以及径向应力的分布规律,并对结论进行讨论,总结出位移以及内压载荷对波纹管应力分布的影响.

| Abstract: | Used the ANSYS software to analyze the strength of corrugated tubes considering their non-linearity . Chose the SHELL63 as the element type and a result could be obtained in three different load cases. The rule of the axial and radial stress distribution could be observed in a period, which was helpful to conclude the effect of the displacement load and pressure to the stress distribution. |
