摘    要:从产品品牌、包装设计、新产品开发3个方面论述了汽车经营企业的产品策略,阐述了汽车经营企业的销售渠道,如汽车营销体系的选择、差异化市场营销策略实施、企业和经销商的战略合作伙伴关系及利用电子商务手段进行网上营销等。

Abstract:This article firstly expounds the product decision about the enterpriseof managing cars from three sides, such as product class, packing designing and new product development, and so on. Then, it analyses the sale places from four sides, the selection of sale system, implement of the different market sales, the strategic partner relation between the enterprise and seller and carrying out the sales in the net through electronic commerce.
