环氧树脂/粘土纳米复合材料的制备及其固化动力学的研究

摘    要:通过离子交换反应十六胺对粘土进行改性处理,再用处理与环氧树脂(E-51)进行纳米复合制备了环氧树脂/粘土纳米复合材料,讨论了影响材料形成的各种因素,并使用TGA,XRD、TEM等手段对其结构和性进行了测试和表征;粘土的离子交换量采用TGA测定;处理土的结构采用FT-0IR和XRD进行表征;十六胺处理后粘土的晶面间距由原始粘土的1.27nm扩展到1.74nm;复合材料的微观结构采用TEM进行了表征,

Abstract:The clay were modified by ion-exchanged reaction using cetylamine hydrochloride,and then epoxy/clay nanocomposites were prepared by mixing with epoxy resin (E-51).The factors which effect the formation of material were discussed.The structure and properties of the composites were determined and characterized by TGA, XRD,TEM:the cation exchange capacity of modified clay is determined by TGA;the structure of modified clay is characterized by FT-IR and XRD,the interlayer spacing of the exchanged clay by cetylamine hydrochloride varied from 1.27 nm to 1.74 nm ;the microcosmic structure of composites is characterized by TEM,the results show that the composites has realized nanometer dispersion. Additionally,the curing dynamics in the process of formatting nanocomposites was studied by non-isotherm DSC. The results show that the apparent activation energy is 56.21 kJ/mol,and the reaction order is 0.9.
