| 摘 要： | 首先按照高校与企业间的相互作用关系,将高校技术转移模式划分为技术转让模式,合作参与模式及衍生企业模式,并对这3种模式的特点进行了比较;在此基础上,从技术特性、技术提供者、技术接受者、以及环境4个方面分析了影响技术转移模式选择的因素;通过讨论这些影响因素,进而找出不同因素与模式选择之间的定性规律,探讨不同条件和因素制约下的最优模式,以提高技术转移的绩效.
