科技成果转化逻辑模型及其系统分析

首先对科技成果转化过程进行了阶段划分；其次，根据转化阶段的特点构建了科技成果转化逻辑模型，详细分析了转化过程中的不同主体（企业、科研院所、技术市场、孵化器、高新技术开发区、政府）的作用．最后，本文归纳了在科技成果转化过程中与阶段相关的一些问题，即转化内容分布不均，转化过程缺少延续性，转化模式存在缺陷，转化机制不顺畅．

The Logical Model and System Analysis of Science & Technology Transferring

The paper firstly carves up the process of science and technology transfer; then builds up a model according to the character of each stage. Secondly, the status and function for every correlative body in the transfer process are analyzed, including enterprise, science and research institute, technology market, incubator, hi-tech developing zone and officialdepartment. Thirdly the main problemsofthe transfer are concluded, such as unbalanced transfer items, dis- continuous transfer process, the defects in transfer models and the unsmooth transfer mechanism.
