装配建模及其误差分析

摘    要:传统可建模、特征建模了完备的零件几何信息、非几何信息(如公差、表面粗糙度、材料等)的表达方法,但它不能表达和存储装配体组成部件之间的相互关系,装配建模在几何建模和特征建模的基础上,提供了一种集成设计环境来支持基于功能观点的产品定义,本文首先给出了零件的匹配条件,并根据匹配关系建立了产品装配模型,其次分析了影响装配摹误差因素,并结合实例说明应用。

Abstract:The traditional geometric and feature modelling have provided a complete geometric, non-geometric information (eg. tolerance, surface coarse degree and materials, etc.) expressive methods ofparts, but they cann't express and memory relation between assembling components. Assembling modellingwill provide a kind of integrated design environment to support a function-oriented view product definition.This article at first gives mating conditions of parts , and assembly modelling of products is founded by matingrelations, then analyses the factors of assembly tolerances that affect assembly modelling and an example isgiven to show the application of the relational model .
