| 摘 要： | 网络化制造模式下，为从众多候选企业中选择出合适而可靠的协同合作伙伴组成协同联盟，应具备完善的合作伙伴评价方法和选择策略．给出合作伙伴选择与评价的4阶段模型，说明网络化制造协同联盟合作伙伴的选择过程．说明评价指标体系遵循的原则，建立以能力、时间、质量、成本、服务、环境、柔性等10类因素组成的综合评价指标体系．提出一个多指标模糊综合选择与评价模型，根据实际机遇建立实践评价指标体系，从而能达到综合评价与选择合作伙伴的目的．

| Abstract: | Under the pattern of Networked Manufacturing, in order to choose out suitable and reliable partners to composite NMCA, should possess the perfect appraise method and choose tactics of collaborative partner. It gives a four stage models to appraise and choose collaboration partner, and choose process has been given. Appraise index system has been given, which consist of ability, time, quality, cost, service, environment, flexibility, etc.. A multi-index fuzzy synthetic appraise and choose model has been put forward. Through setting up practical index system to achieve and synthesize appraisal and choose the cooperative partner's purpose . |
