摘    要:通过钢筋在氯盐环境中的电化学行为的研究,揭示了氯盐对钢筋的腐蚀机理,提出了具有操作性很强的防腐技术和预防措施,并对混凝土中的氯离子含量确定了量化指标,通过试验验证了7种混凝土外加剂,均能减缓氯盐对钢筋的腐蚀速度,强调建立有关融雪、破冰剂的技术质量标准和试验规程,各工程质检部门将GB8076-96中的钢筋锈蚀快速试验方法,列入到日常检测之中。

Abstract:Based on the study of the electrochencical behavior of steel bar under chlorate-including condition, The mechanism of chlorate eroding steel bar is revealed. This paper presents highly operative antiseptic technic and preventive measures. It also formulates the quantified indesx of chlorine ion content included in reinforced concrete. On the basis of experiment, seven kinds of reinforced concrete additives are proved to slow the erosion down. Establishing test regulations and technical quality standard on snowmelt and ica-breaking agent are em-phsized in this paper. Simultaneously the efficient steel bar corrosion testing method in GB8076-96 is suggested to incorporate into daily test by project-Quality testing departments.
