汽车排气净化消声器陶瓷蜂窝载体消声机理的研究

摘    要:基于多孔吸声材料的理论及声学传递矩阵理论,分析了目前广泛应用于汽车排气净化消声器的陶瓷蜂窝载体的消声机理,给出了其声学传递矩阵,并分析了影响其声学性能的主要因素,对传声损失进行了模拟计算。

Abstract:Sound muffling mechanism widely applied to ceramic beehive carrier currently for motor vehicle exhaust emission purification muffler are analysed and its acoustic transmitting matrix is give out basedon the theory of multi-hole acoustic absorbtive material of theory of acoustic transmitting matrix, and severalprincipal factors which affect property are also analysed. Simulating computation of sound transmitting losshas been carried out, of which the result is practically the same as that by substantial measurement.
