山东动力用煤掺混燃烧特性的热分析

摘    要:利用热分析法对山东动力用煤及其混煤的着火、稳燃、燃尽性能进行了试验研究.结果表明:组分煤种的燃烧性能相近时,混煤的燃烧特性随掺烧比的变化呈现出较好的规律性;燃烧性能相差较大的煤种所组成混煤的燃烧特性与组分煤种相差较大,总体着火燃烧特性变差.混煤的燃烧特性复杂,与组分煤种的燃烧特性不是简单的线性关系。

Abstract:The ignition, stability and bumup characteristics of pulverized coal and blends, coming from various kinds of coals utilized in the power plant in Shandong Province, were experimentally studied with thermogravimetry. The results showed that the combustion characteristics of blended coals would regularly vary with the blending ratio of different kind of coal when the combustion characteristics of different kinds of coals blended were approximately identical; the combustion characteristics of blended coals would be strongly different from various kinds of coals blended, and be generally bad when the difference in the combustion characteristics of different kinds of coals blended were large. The combustion characteristics of blended coals were complicated and could not be figured out by the linear correlation with the combustion characteristics of different kinds of blended coals.
