铸钢空心球管节点的设计与研究

摘    要:铸钢空心球管节点是一种新型的铸钢节点形式.本文通过对重庆奥林匹克体育中心工程中的铸钢空心球管节点的设计与有限元分析的研究以及节点的足尺模型试验研究,探讨了该类型节点的设计过程与分析方法,得出节点的空间受力特点,并对该类型节点的设计提出几点建议.本文的研究结果不仅对推广铸钢空心球管节点在工程中的应用具有一定的实际意义,而且可为即将编制的铸钢节点规范提供参考.

Abstract:Cast steel hollow spherical joint with tube is a new type of cast steel joint. Based on design calculation, analysis of finite element method and full-scale experimental study on the joint of Chongqing Olympic stadiurn, the design procedure and analysis method of the joint were studied. In addition, the space properties are obtained and design suggestions of cast steel hollow spherical joint with tube were presented. The results are meaningful to develop this kind of joint in engineering, which can provide reference for cast steel joint code.
