摘    要:在依据国内外相关领域理论研究的基础上,开展了对城市天然气供应系统风险评价的深入分析.首先,提出了风险评价的总思路和流程;其次,运用事故树法识别了天然气供应系统的风险,从气源、管网、应用、管理、气候等5个方面分析了天然气管道失效可能性与失效后果的影响因子,给出了其评分标准,并根据评分标准进行等级划分.在此基础上,根据评分等级建立矩阵,提出了运用半定量风险矩阵进行城市燃气管道风险评估的方法.

Abstract:Based on the lessons from the domestic and foreign relevant field theory, an in- depth analysis is made for the risk evaluation research of urban gas supply system. First of all, the general idea and process of risk assessment are put forward; Secondly, the natural gas supply system risk is identified by using accident tree method, and the influence factors of fault frequency and consequence for urban natural gas pipeline were analyzed based on the following aspects of natural gas pipeline: source, distribution and application, and the evaluation standard was given, and the classification was done according to the standard score. Finally, the Matrix was established according to the classification, and the semi- quantitation risk matrix is applied to risk primary sort for gas pipeline.
