竞赛式管理在整片开发建设项目质量管理中的实践探讨

In the construction project management,the quality is the management core.Engineering quality is not only closely related with the applicability and artistry,but also as the achievement concerning the great project of security and economy,causes the wide social attention.Competition-quality management is generally used in enterprise interior application.Through the successful practice of competition-quality management the engineering owner carried on the contractor in Zhongzhou aluminum factory,this paper discussed the applicability of competition-quality management for the entire developed project quality management in the present stage.It can provide reference to further promote the development of the new era entire developed project quality management.
