| 摘 要： | 本文从建设项目施工过程中经常发生的索赔失败状况出发，通过对承包商在投标报价、合同签订、索赔机会、索赔时效、索赔计算等方面存在的引起索赔失败的具体原因分析，制定出针对各种原因的相应防范对策，以提高承包商索赔管理的水平。 |

| Abstract: | Considering the actual state of claim failure occurring in the processes of construction projects, the paper constitutes some according precautionary countermeasures in order to improve the contractor's level of claim management by analysis of causes which create claim failure. These causes exist in the aspect of tender offer, contract awarding, claim chance, time of validity etc. |
