雾化负电晕净化烹调油烟新技术

摘    要:根据实验结果,在分析探讨雾化负电晕放电的极雾化过程、荷电液滴的捕集机理、极板自清洗原理的基础上,提出了相同电压下雾化负电晕放电电流高于干式负电晕放电电流,极间大量荷电液滴具有很高的荷质比,并高速向极板驱进,对烟尘具有静电凝并和动力凝并除尘作用,具有高效净化油烟、自清洗极板的功能,优于传统油烟净化技术。

Abstract:Through experiments with the processes of coronan discharges with spraying water, the laws of the assemble of electrostatic oil smoke and their auto-purification, the paper points out that under the condition of the same power, the electric current of the coronan discharges with spraying water is higher than its dry counterpart. The electrostatic oil smoke between the two poles has high charge-mass ratio which is helpful to condense static electricity and power to remove dust, purify oil smoke, and to clean the plate automatically.
