| Abstract: | On the basis of the summary of the research present status of network and 3-D-GIS at home and abroad, the principle and the method of constructing urban Web 3-D-GIS are introduced in detail. Meanwhile, its key technique is discussed and analyzed, and feasibility and practicability of system construction programme are testified by a practical example in the final. |
