| 摘 要： | 介绍了施工项目成本管理的概念和体系，针对某建筑企业的施工项目成本管理案例进行了分析，从该项目的人工费、材料费、机械使用费、其他直接费、间接成本、工期成本等方面发现问题，最后从提高成本管理意识和能力、加强管理力度、建立完善的成本核算体系、执行严格的考核制度等方面提出了对策建议．

| Abstract: | The problem of residential building sound insulation has gradually received wide attention. This paper tests and analyzes the sound insulation performances of the commonly used different wall materials by the national standard. The result shows that the single light block walls and slat walls that are used as household walls are not up to the standard of the current specification for design of civil building sound insulation requirements, whereas the composite wall materials have superiority in terms of sound insulation performance. |
