| Abstract: | in this thesis, the difficulties and strategies in housing system reform work were discussed. The author puts forward the difficulties in 6 aspects, they are low purchasing power,late consumer sense, few loan channels, imperfect legal system, poor enterprise system, and poor real estate management. And the author makes some suggestions to overcome the difficulties. |
