| 摘 要： | 讨论了纯水制备工艺中小型反渗透系统浓水回流对系统性能的影响，分析了浓水回流的运行条件与制约因素，明确了浓水回流工艺在反渗透系统优化设计中的作用，指出了优化设计约束与优化解的映射关系，同时提出了对应不同系统规模的最佳浓水回流比． |

Study on concentrate recirculation process in small reverse osmosis system |

| Abstract: | The influnce of the concentrate recirculation in the small reverse osmosis system on the performance of system is discussed in the preparation process of pure water. The operating condition and restricted factors of concentrate recirculation are analyzed, and its roles in the optimized design of the reverse osmosis system are defined.The mapping relation between the optimized design restraint and the optimized solution is given, and the optimum concentrate recirculation ratios corresponding different scale systems are showed. |
