| 摘 要： | 提高建筑施工作业人员安全素质,对减少安全事故的发生、保障施工作业人员人身安全、提升施工作业水平具有重要意义.通过分析建筑施工作业人员安全素质与施工安全的相关关系,组合确定了施工作业人员安全素质评价指标,基于层次分析法建立了评价模型,并对模型进行了实例分析.本模型逻辑鲜明、可操作性强,为建筑施工企业开展施工作业人员素质评价提供科学依据.

| Abstract: | Improving safety quality of construction personnel is very important for reducing safety accidents, protecting physical security of construction personnel and improving construction quality. This paper establishes the evaluation index of the safety quality of construction personnel through the analysis of the relationship between the safety quality of construction personnel and the construction safety, and sets up an evaluation model based on AHP, and then applies the model to example analysis. With distinct logic and good operationability, this model provides a scientific basis for the construction enterprises to make safety quality evaluation of construction personnel. |
