| 摘 要： | 从战略的3个层次入手,界定战略转型的涵义,归纳战略转型的内容、特征与功能,分析在战略转型过程中战略选择的最优化与企业生存性、持续发展之间的紧密联系;提出了企业战略转型的动力模型,并围绕动力模型对企业战略转型的影响因素进行了全面系统分析。

| Abstract: | The aim of strategy changes is to achieve consistency between internal and external environment of enterprises. Strategy transition is the most complex form of strategy changes. The connotation, contents, features and functions of strategy transition are presented. The relations of optimization of strategic choice, the existence and the sustainable development of enterprises are analyzed. A dynamic model is put forward to analyze the relevant factors in strategy transition. |
