| 摘 要： | 互联网技术的发展使ERP系统的结构相应地由传统的C/S结构向B/S结构转变。通过对香港友联船厂ERP的系统设计,针对船厂的具体实际,解决了ERP网络系统设计开发的若干问题。

| Abstract: | With the development of Internet/Intranet, the structure of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) has transformed from C/S to B/S accordingly. The design of an ERP system based on the Web for Youlian Shipyard Company is discussed and some problems arising in the development of ERP are solved according to the requirement of this shipyard. |
