基于系统收益与市场效率的碳排放权市场研究

摘    要:分别建立了开放式和封闭式条件下的碳排放权交易市场模型,比较分析了两种情形下碳排放权交易市场的最大系统收益及市场效率,得出开放式碳排放权交易市场的最大系统收益及市场效率恒大于或等于封闭式系统碳排放权交易市场的结论。通过数值计算分析了预计排放量影响因子、生产产量影响因子和碳排放权总交易量对开放式与封闭式条件下碳排放权市场系统收益和市场效率的影响,并进一步分析了产生系统收益和市场效率差异的原因。

Abstract:A carbon emission trading market model was established to compare the maximum system benefit and market efficiency in open system and closed system.It was found that the maximum system benefit and the market efficiency in open system are always greater than or equal to that of closed system.The influence of emission impact factor,output impact factor and total trading volume of carbon emissions in both cases were numerically calculated;and the causes of the differences were analyzed.
