| 摘 要： | 从我国融资结构的现实选择出发,阐述了我国融资结构的错位;并通过对我国融资结构模型的设定,指出了我国融资结构错位纾解的必要性与紧迫性,分析了我国融资结构错位的原因。最后,提出了我国融资结构错位的纾解之道。

| Abstract: | This paper begins with the reality choice of financial structure in China, and then illustrates the fault of the financial structure China. It indicates the necessity and urgency to correct the fault through a financial structure model. This paper also analyzes the reasons of the fault and puts forth some feasible solutions to correct these faults. |
