摘    要:在矿石计量及品位计算系统装置的基础上,利用编码技术将矿车、川脉及司机信息进行编号。将矿山生产运输信息用统一规格的LED电子显示牌显示。采用图像处理技术,对电子信息显示牌信息进行自动识别,建立车辆、川脉与生产量和工作量之间的关联平台。实现数据自动实时滚动显示、储存,自动生成报表,并实现企业生产运输管理层监控、调度、优化的职能,形成一体化的集成信息系统。

Abstract:Based on the ores measuring and ores grade calculating devices,a system was put torward using encoding technology to number harvesters,mountain pulse,and information of drivers.It also adopted the unified LED to display mine production and transportation information.Image processing technology was applied to automatically identify the information of electronic message display brand;and then a relation platform among vehicles,mountain pulse and workload was established for realizing data′s timely automatic displaying,storing,and generating reports.It realized functions in monitoring,scheduling,optimizing enterprise production and transportation management,and formed integrated information system.
