| Abstract: | That the scale of postgraduate education expands rapidly is analyzed. The problems brought by the expansion are summarized. A new mode of education, training and management for postgraduates are explored. The university significance of accelerating the development of postgraduate education to enhance the overall national strength and construct high-level research universities are presented. |
