| 摘 要： | 结合湖北省应急指挥系统的建设,介绍了应急指挥系统的特点和总体功能要求,分析了系统建设的技术标准、边界、平台环境和性能指标,从设计原则、系统数据流转、系统总体构成和数据库建设等方面探讨了系统总体功能设计。最后总结了基于J2EE体系的基础平台的特点,简要地提出了系统网络规划。本文的工作对同类系统的建设具有实践和理论上的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Based on the construction of Hubei Emergency Command System, the characteristics and the whole function demands of the emergency command system are introduced. The technical standards, border conditions, platform environment and performance indexes in the system construction are analyzed. The features of the foundation platform based on J2EE architecture are summarized. The system network scheme is put forward, and it is valuable in practice and theory for constructing a system of the same type. |
