| 摘 要： | 结合建设项目的全生命周期费用及集成化管理等理论,对大型建设项目投资的全团队、全过程控制及全生命周期投资控制信息的集成管理进行了探讨。指出工程投资控制的关键在于决策阶段和设计阶段,工程投资控制目标的实现必须依靠工程项目管理团队的共同努力,实施全过程的集成控制。

| Abstract: | Based on the life cycle cost and integrated management theory,the whole team and whole process control of large-scale construction project and the integrated management of life cycle information are discussed.It is pointed out that the key phases in cost control of construction project are the decision phase and the design phase.Realization of the cost control target relies on integrated management of the whole team and the whole process. |
