| 摘 要： | 在分析现代建设项目管理特点的基础上,分析了建设项目全生命期管理的概念,运用集成管理的思想和理论,对工程项目集成管理研究的领域和原则进行了论述。由于建设项目具有显著的独特性,无法建立适用于任何项目的统一的集成管理模式。在构建建设项目集成场的前提下,提出了以项目全生命期目标为系统目标的集成化管理的研究方法。

| Abstract: | The features of construction project management are analyzed, the methodology of life-cycle integrated management is introduced, and its research fields and principles are expounded. It is difficult to set up a fixed integrated management model for construction project due to its uniqueness. Some general approaches for integrated management based on life-cycle of construction projects are put forth. |
