中美食品安全管理体制比较研究

摘    要:食品安全是目前研究和关注的焦点,它不仅涉及到消费者的健康,还关系到一个国家经济的正常发展,关系到社会的稳定和政府的声望。在阐述食品安全内涵的基础上,对中美食品安全管理体制进行了比较,进而对我国食品安全管理体制中存在的问题进行了剖析,提出了完善我国食品安全管理的建议。

Abstract:Food safety has been a hot issue in recent years Not only does the food safety problem relate to the health of consumers, but also the healthy development of national economy, social stability and credibility of the government. Based on the meaning of the food safety, this paper compares the problems in management systems of the food safety between US and China. In the same time, Chinese management systems of the food safety are analyzed, and suggestions to improve the food safety management system are presented.
