| 摘 要： | MEMS领域的封装材料种类繁多，材料特性多种多样，因此封装材料数据的使用和处理成了一大难题，采用数据库来存储和处理庞大的材料数据成为首选方案。采用VisualC＋＋的开放式数据库连接ODBC（OpenDmabaseConnectivity）术，开发了封装材料数据库系统PMDS；PMDS将大型表分解成许多小型表，节省了查询、添加、删除和修改记录的时间，为保存材料类型以及特性数据提供了良好的模板，并且提供了与ANSYS的接口。

| Abstract: | For the large quantity and variety of packaging materials in MEMS,it is difficult to use and deal with the data of packaging materials.So database for storing and handling packaging materials data is preferred.In this paper,a packaging material database system(PMDS) by open database connectivity(ODBC)based on Visual C is developed.The system provides a template to store the classification and characteristics data of packaging materials and is an interface to ANSYS. |
