新型燃料电池内阻测试仪的研究与设计

摘    要:针对传统的燃料电池内阻测试方法测试速度慢、测试精度低和测量数据较少的现状,设计了一种基于高频阻抗测量法并具有测试速度快、精度高等特性的燃料电池内阻测试仪。在设计的测试仪中,使用了高精度的程控交流激励源提供信号激励,采用高精度测量单元进行数据测量,并使用浮点的FFT算法对数据进行频谱分析,得到了较好的测量效果。

Abstract:The traditional fuel cell internal resistance testing methods have a slow test speed and low precision.It can only test relatively less data at a time.A new fuel cell resistance tester with features of high test speed and high precision was designed based on high frequency impedance measurement.In the design,the program-controlled signal excitation source with high-precision was used to provide excitation signals for the fuel cell.And the high-precision measurement unit was used to measure data which will be analyzed by the method of the floating-point FFT algorithm.Finally,a good measurement result was obtained by this tester.
