正交切削切削刃钝圆上分流点的研究

摘    要:利用滑移线场理论建立了考虑切削刃钝圆作用的正交切削模型,根据滑移线场满足静可容条件,用试探法对切削刃钝圆上分流点的高度值进行了预测,这一模型并能满足动可容条件,预测结果与实验结果有较好的一致性,结果表明:分流点高度随切削厚度、切削速度及切削刃钝圆半径的增加而增加。本文还研究了分流点高度对加工尺寸精度及表面质量的影响,并对切削过程中的一些现象进行了分析。

A Study of Stagnation Points on Cutting Edge

Abstract:A cutting model is constructed by slip-line field theory, in which the influences of cutting edge roundnesses are considered. According to the kinematical admissibilities of the constructed slip-line field, a trial-and-error method is used to predict the heights of stagnation points. The results show that the theoretical predictions agree well with the experimental values. The heights of stagnation points increase abviously with cutting thichnesses, slightly with cutting speeds and linearly with rounded cutting edge radii. The influences of the heights of stagnation points on dimension precision and the quality of the machined surface are studied. Some cutting phenomena are also studied.
