| 摘 要： | 采用系统工程原理和方法进行区域经济、科技、社会发展规划及其在区域综合发展战略决策中的应用，已日益为人们所普遍认识和熟悉了．随着区域规划系统工程理论与应用研究的迅速发展，系统建模技术方法的研究也在不断深化和完善．本文旨在全面论述区域经济、科技、社会发展系统工程规划原理，提出几种行之有效的系统建模方法，并辅以计算机仿真示例．

| Abstract: | egional economic,scientific,technological,and social development planning by using principles and methods of systems engineering and its applications to strategic decision for regional comprehensive development have been increasingly recognized and understood.With the rapid development of regional planning systems engineering theory and its application study,the research on system modeling techniques and methods has also been furthered and improved continuously.Overall systems engineering planning principles and methods for regional economy science & technology,and social development are discussed and some effective system modeling methods are proposed.Computer simulation examples are given at the end of the paper. |
