低浓度硫化氢液相催化氧化动力学实验研究

摘    要:在自制的反应器上,以Fe^3+与磺基水杨酸为液相吸收液,进行低浓度硫化氢的液相催化氧化动力学影响研究.在反应温度303~348K,硫化氢浓度为76~150mg/m^3,采用线性回归对实验数据进行处理,得出H2S的液相催化氧化反应呈一级反应,反应活化能为Ea=36.67kJ/mol,指前因子A=10.805min^-1.温度的升高有利于反应速率的提高,适宜的温度应控制在333~348K.

Abstract:A self - made apparatus is used for studying the reaction kinetics of the liquid phase catalytic oxidation of low - concentration hydrogen sulfide. The H2S catalytic oxidation in the temperature range 303 - 348 K and H2S concentration in feed gas 76 - 150 mg/m^3 is investigated. By fitting the different experiments with liner regression method to the data obtain under the experimental conditions, the reaction kinetics of H2S is found to be first - order. The apparent reaction activation energies of H2S is 36.67 kJ/mol - and pre - exponential factor is 10. 805 min^-1. According to the experimental results, the higher temperature is increased, the higher the reaction rate of COS will be. Nevertheless, the optimum operation temperature is at 333 -348 K.
