摘    要:根据五道岭钼矿全尾砂浆体物理化学性质,选择了阴离子聚丙烯酰胺作全尾砂沉淀的絮凝剂.实验研究了全尾砂浆体在不同影响因素条件下的絮凝沉降特性.实验结果表明:用10~20g/t的阴离子聚丙烯酰胺作全尾砂浆体絮凝沉降的添加剂,pH=7~8,搅拌时间控制在2 min内,沉降速度快,1 h沉降底层的压缩液固比达60%~65%,充填脱水成本较低.试验结论对矿山充填的全尾砂沉淀脱水具有直接指导意义.

Abstract:According to the physicochemical properties of unclassified tailings in Wudaoling molybdenum mine,the anionic polyacrylamide is used as a flocculant for precipitation.The flocculation and settlement characteristics of tailings pulp are studied with different influencing factors by experiments.Experimental results show that the filling dehydration cost is low and the settling velocity is fast,the bottom compressed liquid-solid ratio is 60~65% in 1 hour with use 10~20 g/t anionic polyacrylamide as flocculant ...
