| 摘 要： | 对塑料注射成型中产生的缺陷进行了分析,对产生原因和预防措施进行了讨论.利用CAE技术通过实例对注射模成型中的缺陷进行了预测,预测结果与实际较为吻合.通过对各种缺陷的预测,可避免或减小缺陷产生的可能性,利用预测结果优化注射成型工艺,修改模具结构,提高注射模设计质量.

| Abstract: | Firstly an analysis is made on the molding faults in plastic injecting process and a discussion is given to the faults reasons and some measures.The faults of plastic injecting process are forecasted by the CAE.The result is close to the experimental one.Using the result can reduce or avoid the possibility of faults,optimize plastic molding techniques,modify molding structure and improve the designing quality of injection mold. |
