| 摘 要： | 铝铁渣是某火法炼锌厂在精炼过程中产生的一种渣,此渣的特点是含锌比硬锌和热镀锌渣低,还含有千分之几的铟.用卧式真空炉蒸馏铝铁渣;使80%的锌得到充分的挥发,经冷凝后回收金属锌.而沸点高蒸气压较锌低的铟则富集在残留物渣中.再用其它工艺回收其中富集的铟.

| Abstract: | Al-Fe dross containing several thousandth ppmw metal indium,whose concentration is lower than hard zinc and hot galvanizing dross,is produced from pyrometallurgical refining process of zinc in a factory in China.Zinc could be recovered by using vacuum furnace exploited and the recovery rate is higher than 80%.Metal indium with high melting point and low saturation pressure enriches in the residue,which can be recovered with other techniques. |
