澜沧江--湄公河次区域合作发展战略研究

澜沧江—湄公河次区域是我国与东南亚、南亚的结合部，战略地位十分重要，云南把握我国实施西部大开发战略所创造的机遇，把推动澜沧江—湄公河次区域经济合作作为对外开放、开拓国内外市场的一项重要内容，积极起到桥头堡和主战场作用，但在合作的过程中也发现一些问题，文章从项目管理的角度论述云南与次区域内国家合作发展战略，重点论述了农业、水利、矿产、贸易投资、旅游业和科学技术合作项目类型，并用项目实弱分析找出项目合作存在的问题然后提出相应的对策措施。

Research on the Cooperation and Development Strategies of Yunan and Lancang- mekong River Subregion

Lancang-mwkong river subregion is situated between china, southeast and south Asia, which occupies a very important strategic position. Yunnan has seized the opportunities in china's implementation of great development strategy for Western China, and has regarded the subregional economic cooperation as one important part in its opening to the inside and outside world, therefore the subregion is considered as a bridgehead and a key area for development. But during the period of cooperation, some problems have been found. The cooperation and development between Yunnan and the Lancang-mekong river subregion are studied by using project management. An emphasis is laid on the cooperative projects of agriculture, hydropower, mining, trade and investment, tourism, science and technology. At last through analyzing the strong and weak points of the projects, some countermeasures are put forward.
