基于模糊决策的变电站电压无功综合控制研究

摘    要:针对传统控制方法的不足,根据电压变化的原因和发展趋势,提出了一种基于模糊无功边界的变电站电压和无功综合控制方法,并给出了模糊控制器的设计方法。该方法能跟踪和预测电压的变化,提高电压的合格率,使得在达到控制目标的同时,减少有载调压变压器分接头的调节次数。

Abstract:In view of the deficiency of the traditional method and according to the reason and tendency of voltage variation, the paper presents a new strategy of substation based on the fuzzy control of reactive power boundary,and give the design of the fuzzy controller.The control strategy can follow the tracks of the voltage and forecast the voltage variation,and improve the qualified rate of the voltage.The transformer taps adjusting times can be reduced greatly while the control aim is attained.The presented method is applied to the Hongta Substation,which achieves good effect through simulation.
