聚硅烷Wurtz合成及β-SiC纤维制备的机理

摘    要:简要介绍了聚硅烷的特性和用途,研究了聚硅烷的Wurtz合成机理及以聚硅烷为前驱体制各β-SiC纤维的机理.重点讨论了主体溶剂效应对Wurtz合成机理的影响,并用Wurtz聚合反应的微观模型对机理进行了合理解释.同时对聚二甲基硅烷的热解、烧结机理及中间产物的组成和结构进行了分析.

Abstract:The characteristics and use of polysilanes are birefly recommended. The mechanism of Wurtz - synthesis of polysilanes and preparation of 8 - SiC Fiber with polysilanes as precursor is studied.The influence of bulk solvent effect on the mechanism of wurtz - synthesis is mainly discussed, which is explained rationaly by the micro model of wurtz - polymerization, and the mechanism of pyrogenation and agglomeration of poly-dimethylisilane, and die composition and the structure of intermediates are analyzed.
