激光相变硬化过程及热应力的研究

摘    要:通过激光淬火实验及理论分析,提出了相变应变的数学新模型,给出了考虑相变及变物性系数的热弹塑性本构方程,进行了激光淬火热应力的理论分析和数值计算,该计算方法对激光热处理工艺提供了理论依据和有效手段。

Abstract:On the basis of experiments and theorefical andgsis of laser guenching,a new mathematical modeI transformatiin Strain has been Proposed.After considering the phase transformation and variable material coefficients,the thermal elastioplastic constitutive equation is ob-tained,Then both the thernlal stress calculation and theoretical analysis are conducted during Laser quenching.This method of calculation provides theoretic basis and effective method for the technology of laser heat treatment.
