高活性超细铅粉的研制

摘    要:提出了一种制备高活性超细铅粉的新方法,本方法工艺流程简单、污染小、制备的粉体纯度高、粒度细。经测试分析铅粉的纯度为99.99%,平均粒度为0.5μm,形貌为球形,颗粒较均匀,粉体含氧极小,本方法为制备高沸点、低熔点金属粉末开辟了一条新途径。

Abstract:The paper put forward a new way preparing high active ultrafine powders of lead. The technological process is simple and less contamination.The powders have high purity and small particle size. The results of test show that the purity of Pb powders is 99.99%, average particle is 0.5μm, the morphology is ball-like, the pellet is uniform and the content of oxygen is very small. The method set up a new way for preparing high boiling point and low melting point metal powders.
