摘    要:目前废弃印刷线路板的数量与日俱增,虽然对其中金属的提取和回收技术已经成熟,但是大量非金属材料提取和回收则没有合适的技术.文中介绍废弃印刷线路板的危害以及环氧树脂的回收方法.利用溶剂法对环氧树脂的回收进行了试验研究,得到了溶剂法回收环氧树脂的最佳实验条件为:反应温度80℃,反应时间3 h,硝酸浓度8 mol/L,其中废弃线路板质量:硝酸体积=10 g∶50 mL.

Abstract:At present,the number of the waste printed circuit boards(WPCB) is increasing gradually.The technology of extraction and recovery of metal has been used widely,while the technology of extraction and recovery of a great deal of nonmetallic material is not viable.This paper briefly introduces the damage of WPCB and the recovery method of epoxy resin.The solvent method is adopted for the recovery of WPCB.The optimal conditions are defined as follows.The reaction temperature is 80℃,the reaction time 3 h,the concentration of nitrate acid 8mol/L,and the amount of nitrate acid 50mL when the amount of WPCB is 10 g.
