泡沫金属渗流铸造工艺及填料的研究

摘    要:简述了泡沫金属渗流铸造成型的基本原理。认为填料粒子是用加压渗流铸造法制备泡沫金属的关键。本文以石膏粒子作填料,经20%碳酸钠溶液和30%醋酸溶液以及超声波脱溶处理后,得到了孔隙规则圆整、表面光滑、分布均匀的泡沫金属,有效地克服了用食盐粒子作填料对金属产生逐渐侵蚀的缺点。

Abstract:The filler is the key points to make the foam metal with penetration casting under pressure. The gypsum particles as a filler are treated in a solution of 20%. Soda and 30% acetic acid as well as ultrasonic wave, the porous foam metal of smooth and clean surface and homogeneous distribution are obtained. There will be advantageous to overcome problems that the foam metals are gradually corroded by the NaCl particles when it is used as a filler.
