摘    要:根据最小自由能原理和向下凸曲面性质,推导出估算三元系和二元系金属间化合物Gibbs生成自由能的判断式,并以Ti-Si-C三元系为例,估算了二元相和三元相的Gibbs生成自由能。

Abstract:A criterion on the evaluation of thermodynamic data of intermetallic compounds for Ti-Si-C ternary system is derived on the basis of the minimum energy principle and the nature of convex-downward surface. The Gibbs free energy of formation of binary-phases and ternary-phases in the Ti-Si-C system are estimated as an example. The thermodynamic data are reported for the first time.
