摘    要:以葵花籽油和无水甲醇为原料,KOH为催化剂,在50℃下反应1h,制备生物柴油(BDF)。首先研究了BDF与柴油调和后的低温流动性能和粘度。研究认为与低温流动性能较好的柴油调和能显著改善BDF的低温流动性能和粘度。然后研究了4种降凝剂对纯BDF及B20的低温流动性能和粘度的影响。降凝剂1、2和3都能改善纯BDF和B20的低温流动性能。其中,降凝剂2能较好的改善纯BDF的低温流动性能,降凝剂1和2能较好的改善B20的低温流动性能。4种降凝剂能不同程度增加纯BDF和B20的粘度。

Abstract:The biodiesel fuel (BDF) was prepared from sunflower oil and methanol by transesterification with KOH as catalyst. First, the low--temperature flowing properties (LTFPs) and viscosity (u) of the blending oils of BDF and diesel fuels were studied. When the BDF was blended with diesel fuel, its LTFPs were better. The LTFPs of the blending oils were clearly improved and the u decreased greatly. Then, the LTFPs and ν of pure BDF and B20 (20% BDF and 80% No. 0 diesel fuel) were studνied when four cold --flow additives are added. The LTFPs of BDF and B20 can be improved by the cold--flow additive 1, 2 and 3. The LTFPs of the BDF were improved when the cold--flow additive 1 was added. The LTFPs of B20 were improved when the cold--flow additive 1 and 2 were added. The ν of the BDF and B20 increased when the four cold--flow additives were added.
