我国油气储运行业的回顾与展望

回顾及综述了我国石油、天然气、成品油、液化石油气、液化天然气储存运输的历史与现状。结合我国能源结构， 介绍了我国油气储运的发展趋势与发展战略， 指出存在的问题及研究方向， 另外还认为我国也应更加重视油气的营销与管理、安全与环保等方面并就研究开发方向提出了建议。

Review and Prospect of Oil and Gas Storage and Transportation Industry in China

The history and current situations of oil and gas (including petroleum,natural gas,oil products,liquefied petroleum gas,and liquefied natural gas) storage and transportation industry (OGSTI) in China is summarized. Based on the structure of our energy resources,the developing trend and strategy of OGSTI is introduced and forecasted and some key questions are pointed out for consideration. Lastly,great attention is paid to oil and gas management and distribution and the safety and environmental protection in the process of the storage,transportation,and distribution and then the future study and development programs for each process are given in the paper.
