| 摘 要： | 以高效液相色谱法检测２ － 氯吩噻嗪及有关杂质。色谱条件： 色谱柱用Ｚｏｒｂａｘ Ｃ１８ 柱， （５ μｍ ， ４－６ ×１５０ ｍ ｍ） ， 检测波长２５４ ｎｍ ， 流动相： 磷酸盐缓冲液（ｐＨ＝ ３－３） － 乙腈（４０∶６０ ， Ｖ／ Ｖ） 。杂质分离情况良好。实验表明２ － 氯吩噻嗪易被氧化， 对光具有不稳定性， 应避光操作。
