Talent Training Pattern in Local Application-Oriented Universities

This paper expounds on the connotation of collaborative innovation and elaborates the necessity of establishing the talent training pattern of collaborative innovation in local application-oriented universi-ties.In addition, this paper introduces a series of reforms and practices of talent training pattern based on the theory of collaborative innovation in Anhui Sanlian University in recent years , so as to provide the ex-periences and references for local application-oriented universities on the reform of talent training pattern .
